He's seen how enterprise operations run and how startups move, and founded AirCaptain to close the gap he kept hitting: businesses that know they need AI but stall partway through, because no one owns the rollout end to end. At AirCaptain he owns the operating side, translating what a team actually does every day into what gets automated first.

An entrepreneur who has founded and built companies, backed by a deep finance and investing career. Ranvir is Founder and Managing Partner of Sleeping Bear Capital, and was co-founder and CEO of Chute, the venture-backed marketing SaaS company he scaled and sold in 2018.

Before founding companies of his own, he invested in and operated businesses as a private equity investor at Silver Lake and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. At AirCaptain he owns the economics, sizing the opportunity before work starts and proving the return after it ships.

Over a decade building machine learning and AI in production. Ozéias was VP of Engineering at Chute, then led engineering teams at The RealReal, Blackstone-backed RealSure, and Kevala, where he built AI agents for workforce scheduling and operations. He is also the founder of AllCoda, building senior engineering teams across Latin America.

At AirCaptain he owns the technology, connecting the systems clients already use and building the agents that work across them. He stays involved after launch, adapting them as policies, volumes, and workflows change.
